I am writing this letter to let you know the service I received from Robin Wickman in a recent real estate sale of an estate property was exceptional. Ms. Wickman was well versed in the filed of estate property sales and she was very professional in all of our dealings. I was especially impressed with her ability to ensure all others involved in the transaction were held to establish deadlines. She also went above and beyond in identifying bottlenecks in the process and ensuring they were resolved timely so the process continued to move forward.

Ms. Wickman ensured my interest and demands were met, which was very important due to the sale of the property being part of an estate there were multiple beneficiaries interested in the quick sale of the property.

I could not have asked for a better agent to assist me with the sale. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Ms. Wickman in the future. In this day and age it is hard to find such a dedicated and professional agent, it was a wonderful experience working with one such agent.



We were first time home buyers and had some bitter experiences with our first agent. Running out of time and options, we decided to take a risk and make the listing agent our own agent on any property that we liked. This is how we landed on one of Michael Frangadakis and Robin Wickman’s listing.

Today, I would firmly say that it was worth a risk. Robin kept a clear distinction between both the buyer’s and the seller’s interest. Not once did we feel cheated or deceived in any way. We could sleep well, concentrate on our own work well, and leave all the real estate aspects peacefully to Robin. She always kept us updated on the proceeding and we hardly remember an instance when we did not get a prompt response. She also made sure that all repair work was done in the most appropriate way.

We are truly happy with Robin Wickman and have been good friends since then.


Robin and Mike have been friends of my finance’s family/business partners for a number of years. I was referred to their real estate services by my soon to be mother in law. Remember the saying you shouldn't get in business with family and friends? Well, this saying does not apply here!

She and Mike worked diligently for me and my fiancé to find the house that's right for us and even in this crazy sellers' market, we succeeded at purchasing a great house that's in an excellent neighborhood for a reasonable price.

Let me tell you, we must have looked at over 50 homes in about 2 months. We made 4 offers and none of them stuck! I was so discouraged. I was going to give up finding a home in the Blossom Valley area because we got out bid every single time!!! I was seriously considering buying a home in a not so great neighborhood...

But Robin stuck to her guns and encouraged, reasoned with me to stay within the Blossom Valley area because that's the area I've always wanted to live in. Her persistence and technical know how finally paid off! Long story short, our offer was accepted by the seller due to Robin maintaining a good professional relationship with the seller's agent. We even beat out an all cash offer!!! *High five and do a little dance!!!

We are living comfortably in our humble abode and enjoying every minute of it all thanks to Robin and Mike! We owe it to you guys! Thank you so very much!!!

I rarely write reviews, but when it comes to one of life's largest transactions, a home sale, I really wanted to take the time and share my wonderful experience with Mike and his team.

We had the difficult job of selling our parents home, and having my sister and I acting as trustees for the family trust. We had to coordinate with our other siblings on all aspects of the transaction and just didn't know where to start.

Mike and Robin sat down with all of us and spent all the time needed to address all the questions we had. He explained his expertise in dealing with trusts and home sales and put our concerns to rest. Mike and Robin then set out to help us organize our plans to "dress" up the house up before sale. It was terribly out of date, and we were worried it would affect the value substantially. We explained our limited budget and he worked with us on coming up with the perfect combination of upgrades and furniture staging to gain the most appeal with out breaking the bank.

What I really loved about their service, was their extensive network of vendors that they and their team had developed and used over the years. From carpeting, to paint, to flooring, to handymen, and landscapers, we relied on Mike's recommendations and he didn't let us down. We literally saved thousands of dollars over the quotes we had gotten from vendors ourselves.

Most important though, was the communication throughout the process. Robin was available whenever we needed her help. From coordinating appointments and negotiating pricing with the vendors, to making sure all documents were dealt with properly and promptly.

What was the result? Within two weeks, we had an offer on the house at our FULL ASKING PRICE! And to top that, we closed the whole deal in 30 days. I now have a huge burden off my shoulders and some very happy siblings.

I now make every effort to recommend Mike, Robin, and the rest of the Frangadakis team to all my friends and family.

My family has called upon Michael Frangadakis over the years for real estate appraisals, and we were always pleased with his work. Recently we called upon him and his company to sell a rental property. He and Robin Wickman handled the transaction very professionally from beginning to end.
